Field Staff Larry Holicky with Team WI had the opportunity to take out Richard Waller fishing. Richard spends his nights taking home people who have had too much to drink as part of the safe ride program here in Black River Falls, WI. We have many heroes in our life who sacrifice their time to take care of others. Richard is one of those people. Larry feels blessed to know him and call him his friend and glad the bite was on. They caught 23 walleye, 3 cats and one white bass. Richard caught his first keeper walleye, times 2 and Larry caught his biggest walleye this year.
